If you have pre-orderd left 4 dead you can be playing the l4d demo at 3pm today! [UK time or 7am PST]

But if you havent pre-orderd it yet you get to play the demo on November 11 @ 03:00pm. or you can play the game on November 18 @ 08:00pm.
